Return Policy:

Here at Nippon Budogu, we hope that you will be satisfied with every purchase that you make.  But if for any reason there is an issue with what you have ordered, we do have a return policy to make sure your shopping experience is positive with us.

We accept returns on all unused/unworn/unopened (when applicable) items.  All purchases are qualified for a refund as long as any items are sent back within 14 days of receiving the items.  We will count the day of receiving, the day that your tracking number shows that your order was delivered.  If you would like to return any items please contact us first at customerservice@nipponbudogu.com.  If you do not contact us first, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed in a timely manner, as there could be confusion. Once you have contacted us, we will provide a return label for any items.  The return package must be given to the carrier within 14 days of receiving your order.  Once we receive the return, you will receive an email with details of your return and refund.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

Returns must be given to the carrier within 14 days of receipt.  All returns & exchanges must be in original condition. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Any weapons must still be in their original plastic shrink wrap.

NOTE: If an item returned to us, and is not received in its original condition as defined above, it will be held until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached, so please make sure to be careful when trying on your order.  In the event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.

If a return is sent outside of the 14 day time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it; however, if we do accept a return that has been sent back outside of that time frame, we will deduct 25% of the original payment from the refund/credit issued.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

-We cannot refund any item that has been washed or worn.

-Shipping Cost (unless the item is damaged or defective)

-Embroidered Items
